Organic Capers Non Pareils (Cured in Brine)

Open the bottle to experience the wonderful tangy, aromatic and intense flavors of CAPERS that add a delightful touch to Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The younger and smaller the buds are, they are more flavor some. These 5mm to 7mm buds are very tender and needs to be plucked carefully so as not to disturb the new buds and we produce these in very small batches.

Organic Capers Surfine (Cured in Brine)

Open the bottle to experience the wonderful tangy, aromatic and intense flavors of CAPERS that add a delightful touch to Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The younger and smaller the buds are, they are more flavor some. These 7mm to 9mm buds are medium sized and is allowed to stay in the plant a little longer which gives it a unique crunch.

Organic Capers Large (Cured in Salt)

Open the bottle to experience the wonderful tangy, aromatic and intense flavors of CAPERS that add a delightful touch to Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The younger and smaller the buds are, they are more flavor some. These capers in sea salt are large sized and cured only in Tuticorin sea salt and hand turned every 5 to 7 days till they turn tender. This is done under careful supervision so as to allow the capers to be rightly cured.

Organic Caper Berries (Cured in Brine)

Freshly picked and bottled, these delicious, crunchy Caper Berries in brine are the perfect ingredient to bring out a complex flavor. Used as pickles or simply as a quick nosh alongside antipasto, these salty-sour morsels are the fruit of the caper bush. Caper Berries are milder in flavor than capers and are just on top of a pizza or salads.

These leaves are harvested from plants that are grown only for leaves and not for the popularly consumed vegetable – drumstick. We ensure that the Moringa Plants are harvested regularly for the power packed and nutrition rich leaves, shade dry them, hand pick for quality and then pulverize them.

Caper Salt

Open the bottle to experience the wonderful tangy, aromatic and intense flavors of CAPER SALT or simply caper powder that add a delightful touch to Salads or any snack. Caper salt is made from dried caper flowers and capers that have been cured in salt, sun dried and then powdered.
